The ALC Women's Resource Center (WRC) provides adult women support for relevant women's related concerns. It is meant to supplement your professional resources and support your commitment to live a fearless, abundant, and balanced life!

Not every suggestion or idea will fit for you and that's okay. Use the WRC to generate your own ideas and beliefs, and choose what is right for you. This includes choosing the suggested activities with the support of or advice from appropriate professionals. I trust that you know when this applies for you.

Collective Healing For Heide Medina

Heide Medina, a wonderful mother, an amazing wife, dedicated school teacher, a shining star in our community and a loving friend. Many are aware of Heide's previous bout with breast cancer just two years ago and witnessed Heide and her amazing attitude carry her through countless doctor visits, surgery and chemotherapy. We were all thrilled and thankful to witness her recovery.
