Aids Marathon

Not only is running a marathon an adventure you can also "give back" by participating in a marathon training program fundraiser. Karin trained for and ran the 2006 San Francisco Marathon on July 30, 2006!

This marathon was not only a personal, long time goal for Karin, it is also for a good cause! More than one million Americans, and 40 million others around the world, are living with HIV -- the virus that causes AIDS. With more than 20 million deaths so far, AIDS is now the leading cause of death among all people aged 15 to 59 worldwide. This is why we are proud to proclaim Karin as an aspiring women!
