This Month's Coaching Tip

Do you ever feel completely overwhelmed and panicked by all that you have to do?! Amidst the panic, it's quite a challenge to embrace the fact that you are powerful and that everything always gets done in the end.

Take a moment right now to look around you and notice the gifts, the beauty and magnificence that beholds you. YOU brought all of this into your life! Much of what surrounds you was created by your previous choices and commitments. Also note that you didn't do all of this at once! Take a deep breath and embrace this sense of relief, accomplishment and healthy pride for a moment. Doesn't this feel good?

The next time you are in a panic remind yourself of all that you are capable of. It may seem as though you are unable to complete all that lay before you, yet this is not true! All of the evidence you need to expose that mis-truth surrounds you! Take a deep breath, give yourself a hug and then commit to completing ONE task at a time. Your reclaimed energy that comes with self acknowledgment and compassion will support you.
