Cassandra changed her life!
Hello!
I sure hope Spring has sprung in your neck of the woods. It seems to have been a challenging winter and many of us welcome the milder weather. Springtime reminds me of the cycles of our life experience. Sometimes that experience is turbulent; similar to the stormy weather of winter. In those moments, it feels dark and cold, and we may forget how to trust ourselves. Yet, much like the emergence of Springtime, we can awaken to the lessons of those experiences and create something new... something better from it. Our featured articles this month are about self trust and limitless living. I trust they will support you through whatever life experience is happening for you today. Lots of exciting happenings at AspireLifeCoaching.org this month! Be sure to check out our upcoming events to your right! We are here to serve you. If you are seeking more self confidence and empowerment, consider scheduling a complimentary first session to discover how we can support you.
Aspiring fearlessly,

This Month's Coaching Tip
Ever find yourself saying negative statements to yourself, about yourself? Statements like "I'm such a jerk" or "I'm so stupid"? Here's a tip to help you shift this nasty habit. Each time you use one of these statements against yourself, append the words, "until now." For example, "I'm such a screw up... until now". This will shift your energy from self punishment toward creating a solution for your current situation.

It is because you have come to rely and depend on them, right? They make good on their promises to you. They keep your secrets. They can be counted on to behave toward you in a loving, caring and supportive manner. read more

We do not think our way into right living; we live our way into right thinking. Remember what it was like to be a kid? Remember going to the toy store and seeing that one toy that you wanted so badly, with all that uninhibited desire? You have been thinking about that toy every day for as long as you can remember. read more
