- Run your dishwasher only when full.
- Track your spending.

- Do your nails at home.
- Only get the occasional manicure.
- Maintain your car well.
- Wash your clothes less often.

- Empty your fridge before shopping again.
- Stick to a budget.
- Turn off unused lights.
- Purchase vehicles used.

- Make conscious spending decisions vs. autopilot choices.

- Organize your receipts and warranties so you can find them.
