AspireLifeCoaching.org recently announced the launch of their Fearless Challenges™ program as a means of helping women "build fearless muscles." Created by AspireLifeCoaching.org Founder, Certified Life Coach Susan Liddy, this groundbreaking program combines life coaching techniques with actual adventures in nature and explorations in creativity. A life coaching program like no other, Fearless Challenges™ teaches women to put their fears to the test and emerge victorious. Liddy's group of fearless females is ready to take on the mountains in their lives one by one - as they literally climb mountains and undertake a host of other thrilling and inspiring personal challenges.

The Fearless Challenges™ program incorporates a life coaching component to help attendees step into self discovery and personal empowerment. Fearless Challenges™ group activities, led by Aspire Life Coaches and expert professionals, are offered to groups of women who are on a personal journey toward empowered living. The current lineup includes and not limited to Mandala making, rock climbing, outdoor yoga, ballet, nature hikes, kayaking, and watercolor journaling classes. Members communicate via an online group forum on the AspireLifeCoaching.org website.

Life coach and program founder Susan Liddy says, "I believe that the best way for us to learn and strengthen our fearless muscles is through experience. Not just any experience.
